Escribe una reseñaI rarely say this, but this translator is lazy. First 1041 chapters in translation brought the translation to chapter 1000 in raws including chapters that were just the author providing updates. As of chapter 2662 in TL, the raw chapter equivalent is chapter 1690, including author updates. this thing got like 3 chapters a day a couple of years ago, now it gets 3 chapters per 5 days split into 21 parts. Urgently needs a new TL. At their current pace it’ll take them 1000 days to catch up to already release in MTL raws. That’s why the pacing has seemingly gone to hell.
In the the beginning it was interesting but after the planetary stage it become too much stretching it took him to reach the cosmic stage 500 or so chapters from the celestial stage so it become worse after that
Good start, but author mixes the novel with real life nationality. Degrading others and showing best only for his nation, though I would have ignored it but just repeats the same plot again and again just with different setting, a higher power, and new abilities. I guess he writes the novel to show how great his nation is and others dont. Reporting these one, I hate novels when they used real life nation name but only show greatness of one.
The author leaves a lot of plot holes, ignores story elements after bringing them up, and kinda bounces around with how they want the story to feel. This leads to a less than satisfying read. if you're okay with these flaws then it's interesting enough to pass the time with. Could be good if rewritten. Though as it is I'm done reading.
I Love the MC's greedy character. He's a nice change from all those too serious novels. I'm reading for fun not to get frustrated to death. [img=recommend][img=coins][img=exp][img=golden ticket]
(2+1+2+3+2)/5=2.0 i hate to admit it. but I've read things a lot more brain-dead. so this was enjoyable for a part. the story is inconsistent. a spoiler is when he breaks to the 12 or 13th star level, he has a few break through. then later he says a certain force like fire force is the first to break through to 12 stars. these levels have regularly been inconsistent. ------___------------------------------------------6----- the antagonists are brain-dead. there's no reason for a former dropout to burn every one of his antagonists in an argument. ------___------------------------------------------6----- the author can't write romance. every last male is frightened of the females and most of them don't even gatekeep s*x for these males. the mc boats about his body, then cowers and says his body can't handle a muscular female. him not liking her would make more sense. and this mc having no integrity leads to his lie making sense. ------___------------------------------------------6----- there are more negatives things i could say. but I'll just leave this at it's a decent read. i chuckled every now and then. but I'm only going to read the current available chapters/stockpile. then i won't return. ------___------------------------------------------6----- the plot is also repetitive. there's a war with enemies. then a tournament. then another war, followed by another tournament. I think we seen this happen around 3 times since the start of the novel and I'm not even half way through the available chapters
Translation quality: 0 star. Story development: 0 star. Character desing: 0 star. World background: 0.5 star. Chinese name. Chinese supremacy. Chinese food. Chinese Word. Chinese phrases.
it was good at start but then it started to have a lot of contradictions like around chapter 665 he fight with a faction .at first they say that the strongest in that faction is 14 star but then till the end the strongest final boss which change fazes many times and become stronger many times is only at 13 star. then they say the youngest general stage after the mc becomes a general stage at 30 years old, buuuuuut one chapter later its reveled that his master became a general stage at 27 . and then there is a tournament where all the youngsters that are participating are below 25 general stage youths. and a lot more that i ignored at first thinking its a mistype or a one time thing.
Revelar spoilerHad a great start. After a couple hundred chapters or so, the story seemed to drag on and repeat itself. Wang Tengs character also leaves something to be desired. Sad I couldn’t keep reading.
This is one of the few novels I could keep reading without getting bored. A shameless and cheeky MC with a sharp tongue that could kill enemies beyond his level. A ridiculously OP MC with no lack of life and death encounters which made the novel entertaining. An MC that is not so overly serious and solemn which made the novel actually fun and satisfying to read. Some people may hate it but I fricking loved the novel.
Honestly not bad, Can’t compare to some of the big daddies out there but it’s still a good one to read to pass time, hopefully we can can get another couple thousand or more chapters. Only complaint is when he goes through his gains from the attribute bubbles as usually it’s just taking up space and don’t add anything to the story making it a little bit repetitive, especially in the later chapters when he picks up large amounts of attributes, then talks about about it for a chapter or two when it could just be summed up in a half chapter.
This novel is amazing IMPO! I started reading this one after Super Gene, as a sort of replacement. I have to admit it hit the mark for me. Super Gene and RSSG have a special place in my Web Novel Heart but this book is definitely in my Top 5! If you like a mixture of "Cultivation, Science, Supernatural a Touch of OPness" then this is the book to read!
The Cheat Code is great. The use of it by the Mc not. A lot of Cliche. Truly Predictable. The MC is your typical Chinese Face Slap MC. Is portrayed as smart but his actions and use of his Cheat Code is often dumb, plot driven and predictable. when you have nothing better to read go for it. The positive is it is still better than 90 Percent of the Chinese Novels on this platform
I have read all the translated chapters and many more in MTL and I have to say that Wang Teng's character is very childish, detestable and bad other than that he is also a simp he also behaves very unreasonably and he is also very stupid and arrogant the only reason he got to where he is now is because of the author and his cheat otherwise such a stupid and childish person like him would not be able to do much(most probably unless some unexpected things happen) he is always running around creating trouble for himself(because of his stupidity, childishness and arrogance) I don't recommend any one to read this but obviously whether you read it or not is completely up to you this is just what I think after reading so many chapters of this novel.
the author is milking the story. the world bulding keep expanding. i stopped caring when he’s at the n times academy arc
Came back to continue reading it from chapter 400, at chapter 439 I am already done, feels so cliche and boring. I read "I Hijacked a Timeline" recently and there's just too big of a gap between these two it seems...
Main character is basically a useful idiot trope that goes along the flow, in ways that anyone in the same circumstances with decent foresight would immediately know to be crippling themselves or drastically increasing how long it would take for themselves to grow stronger. The main character also often makes poor decisions that are immediately obvious in their side effects and how said choices will force negative consequences onto him that he would not be able to handle. As an example: when he met then accepted his first master, it was obvious that the best course of action was actually to just drop out of that academy and go to a different one (the academy had clearly done the "testing" of him in a malicious way that would only be used if you are for deciding if someone is useful or if you should bother just immediately killing them)(I say this because he gave no indication that he was hiding anything to anyone at all involved in the school at the time it happened or even seeming at all after (including the military side of things)). Then ignoring that point: her first greeting was to make him think he was going to die, and by the description of her character after (upto chapter 1049) and during that event that she wasn't a good master material and had little regard for his actual well-being. After that time of "testing" him? Unless it made her look bad, she only treated him as an actual person after he was significantly stronger than her (to the point she didn't matter to him AT ALL as friend or foe).

After struggling, dropping the novel and then picking it up again, I’m finally quitting at 1354. I seriously have a ton of complaints but I’ll just put the main one here. The author made it too obvious that he’s just trying to drag this novel as long as possible. We all know the mc can pickup attributes, and when he picks up attributes from people stronger than him it works even better since he grows much faster, even making him jump levels earlier in the novel. However, The author basically nerfed the mc as soon as he left earth so that he could drag the story. That’s not even the main reason why I’m dropping it. The tipping point for me was during the war on the 29th defense planet. Three eternal ranked were involved in that war. The human eternal wounded one of the devils and then another showed up ready to clash. But guess what? NO ATTRIBUTE BUBBLES FROM THEM, the author didn’t even mention them dropping attribute bubbles, the story just continued like normal with the mc picking up attribute bubbles from everyone else on the battlefield. Of course, why would the author let him pickup attribute bubbles from them? This would make him get stronger too quickly, and since he just wants to milk this story as much as possible, he just didn’t want it to happen, so he just didn’t let it happen. In the earlier part of the novel the mc grew so quickly but ever since he left earth he grew SUPER Slowly, even while coming in contact with people much much stronger than him. It slowly became a novel where it’s just face slapping. Someone Looks down on mc because his level is weak, but of course, he has so many things that can make him fight across realms. Boom, their face gets slapped. I also have to mention how terrible the story became later on. The author started dragging fights that could be done in a single chapter, making them take 5-6 chapters or sometimes even more! I also can’t forget to add that the author started writing entire chapters describing information about attribute bubbles. It wouldn’t be bad if he did it like a litrpg or something but nah, it’s just a filler chapter that’s there to make up numbers. I’ve never been so angry about a novel in my life. It had so much potential at the start. I
Story is great, character growth is great, world building is great, etc. I don't think its caught up with it here but with the actual current chapters, I do like to point out that its disappointing that he took so much chapters in the Dark World and Blood World. I cant speak for other readers but for me, the blood arc with the blood god clone seems too long. People came here for something that he may be able to use in public. Except for his recovery an some factors, most of his gains in the blood world with all those "blood" skills, moves, body constitution, etc. would be completely useless if he fights in public. In those chapters from 1700 - 2000 he could have transitioned quickly to a higher level but and went back quickly. I see no point of him staying too long in the blood world in the long run.
Revelar spoilerIn the later chapters, the translator become super shameless. He divided the chapters into two. making it too short to read.
Giving one star cause this translating keep writing yall. Not just the mc, the president the strongest being on earth, his teacher, the military generals, a random god, a saint, the priest, its yall then basic translated chinglish. If you want to never immerse yourself with a story full of cringe then this is it
A very ammusing novel, with a fun, cheeky mc and an extremely op cheat system. My only problem with the author is that he breaks the third wall with the readers way too often, even to the point where he doesn't even call him by name and just calls him the mc... What to expect if you read the novel down the long road, other than breaking the third wall the rrst of the novel is surprisingly good, funny, ammusing and exciting. The first chapter I was like, well lets give it a chance at least, and I'm happy I did! And I'm definitely suggesting others to give it a chance as well, you'll definitely fall in love with it. It's become one of my favorite novels due to the comic relief I get from it.
