Sapphires POV:
I went back to my dragon soon after that. We started flying towards Sandy Mountain, the last known location of my sister and her huge rogue wolf pack.
Most rouges don't live in packs, but these rouges are just people that were kicked out of packs and stuff.
Once we got to the mountain I started looking for the clue my sister always leaves for me, which is a pile of dead trees. Weird I know, but it defiantly helps. Once Ephinus spotted the trees, we landed.
We were instantly surrounded by a pack of wolves growling at us. I smirked but stood still, waiting for my sister to show up. It was actually sooner than I thought.
"Why have you stepped onto my land, little girl," she said, right before she came out of the shelter of her pack. Once she finally saw me she started running to hug me but stopped as she looked at my dragon in fear.
"It's ok, he won't bite," I said laughing while she continued her running and tackled me to the ground.
To explain, we met not too long ago and she asked if I wanted to join her when I was being abused, but I declined knowing it wasn't supposed to be that way. After our hug, we started the long walk towards her headquarters.
We made small talk on the way and stopped once we made it to the packhouse. "Um if you don't mind, can your dragon stay outside in the barn while we talk?" She said casually, but I could sense the underlying fear behind the word dragon. I have no idea why she was so scared, she also had a dragon. I'll just ask later. "So how has your life been?" she asked while we sat down in the living room. She gave me a look, already knowing about my mate's situation.
I sighed and stood "It's been good actually, I found a mate that wants me. Actually, that's why I'm here. He's been taken by I don't know who. I need your numbers behind me.
"I will have my own pack once I make one since the last one turned their backs on me, but I need your pack and your help training, so what do ya say? Oh, and why are you afraid of dragons, don't you have one?" I questioned.
She thought for a minute then smiled, "of course I will help, you are my sister after all. I will always stand behind you! Oh and my dragon turned on me and attacked my pack" she said as she got up with tears in her eyes. And I had to take him out. These unspoken words echoed through my head. I look at her with a sad expression.
"Hungry?" she asked as a way to change the subject. "Sure I could really go for a steak!" I said softly. She nodded and went into the kitchen.
Surprisingly she had a cook! How awesome right?! As I sat down I heard her say something in german to the tall female chef. Since when did she speak german!? An hour or so passed and I had a medium-rare steak with mashed potatoes and a small salad in front of me.
Omg, it was heaven. Suddenly my sister came walking in, smirking, as I finished my incredible meal. "Time for your training sister" she laughed as my jaw dropped and I groaned in horror. This will be one heck of a month.
