While Kana was trying to figure out why her cultivation surged, things at the Wen Clan were not looking very good. "What do you mean half the disciples have vanished!?"

"Master Wen, I am not sure what is going on. They just suddenly disappeared overnight. Not even the guards saw anyone leave. It's like they vanished without a trace! It's just that…." A young man in blue robes was kneeling on the ground, said to the middle aged man who sat in a chair at the front of the hall.

"Just what!?" Master Wen was starting to lose his temper. He had never had such a problem since he had taken over this clan so many years ago.

"It's just that late last night, Young Master Zan returned…." The young man replied nervously. He felt like there was some kind of connection between the Young Master's return and the disappearance of the disciples but he was afraid that Master Wen would cut his head off since it involved his son.
