After Xin Wei walked out of the senate hall, he decided to just walk down the streets of the capital city Turka. He soon arrives at a market while looking around the area and saw many people going to and fro. He curiously looks at a stand and saw an old man being surrounded by many people.

The old man seems to be drawing something using a gel-like substance.

He then saw an amazing sight as the old man began to move his hand as if brushing in the air as he guided the gooey gel to land on the oiled paper.

As the gel lands, it slowly solidifies and turns into a golden candy.

Then he once again dips the tip of the brush-like object in his hand into a gel bottle, but this time, he threw a green-colored liquid from a bottle in the air.
