Fu Jie gulped as he took out his sword and raised it against Old Lao, "I apologize for my rudeness but I just have to ask. What were you doing when the sect was being destroyed?" 

Since Old Lao was one of the unofficial Elders of the sect, it was his duty to protect the sect but from the looks of it, it seemed as if he wasn't even around when the sect was being burnt. 

Old Lao simply smiled as he heard Fu Jie and calmly replied, "This Old man was a bit busy." 

Fu Jie's eyebrows creased together as he heard this and he asked, "Was it something more important than the sect?"
