Capítulo 27: Shimotsuki Village
As they left Syrup Village, they were training and sailing towards Shimotsuki Village when they saw a Marine ship sailing towards them. They thought that since they didn't have a jolly roger, the marines would let them be since they weren't really pirates. But they were proven wrong as the Marine ship shot at the sea beside them. They were surprised that a Marine ship shot at them because they haven't really formed an official pirate crew. 'These Marines should be one of the corrupt ones that Pops told me about' thought Alex as he held his gun and sword and was ready to fight them.
"STOP YOUR BOAT AND PAY A HUNDRED THOUSAND BERRIES OR ELSE WE WON'T LET YOU PASS!!!" said the Marine Captain on board the ship.
"Why would we do that? There's no law that we have to pay every Marine ship that we meet." said Alex with a mocking tone as he wanted to kill the Marine Captain and be done with it but he wouldn't do that unless they attack him and his crew first.
"BECAUSE IN THE EAST BLUE I AM THE LAW! IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO PAY, THEN DON'T BLAME ME IF YOU'RE GOING TO DIE! BESIDES THAT GIRL BESIDE YOU LOOKS GOOD, GIVE HER UP AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO PAY. NYEHEHEHEHEHE" said the Marine Captain while laughing with his crew as Alex could not take it anymore as he gave an order to his crew to attack the ship and look for valuables that they could get.
*BANG* *SLASH*
Alex continued to shoot and slash at the Marines that disrespected his crew especially Robin. He looked like a devil in front of the Marine soldiers who were getting terrified as they were dropping like flies. As his crew was also getting some action with Fraulein using his two nunchucks, Braga was using his leg techniques, Franco was slicing people up with his scythe, and Robin was snapping people's necks with her Devil Fruit ability. While all of this was happening, Franco sensed that there were weak presences in the ship's basement and shouted at Alex "CAPTAIN! THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE IN THE BASEMENT!" the Marine Captain heard this and immediately went to the basement to clear out the evidence of them kidnapping women and making them their slaves. Alex saw the Marine Captain and immediately followed him without being seen so that he would know what kind of secrets these Marines are hiding. And when he saw the basement he was enraged by the sight. There were women who were blindfolded and tied up as they had scars and were crying as they couldn't accept what they had done to them.
When he snuck up behind the Marine Captain he said in an icy cold voice "So this is what Justice looks like huh. A bunch of trash that abuse their power over those who can't protect themselves." then without giving the Marine Captain time to reply, snapped his neck. He then proceeded to set free the women who were tied up and told them that they could leave but they told Alex to just kill them as they have nowhere else to go and that they could not go back to their families. So Alex, with a heavy heart, gave them all a quick death and then thought 'May all of you live a better and peaceful lives in your next lives'
Alex then went up towards his crew who killed all of the Marines on the ship with a downcast expression as his crew asked him what was wrong. He then proceeded to narrate to them what happened and what he saw in the ship's basement. His crew was angry at the Marines and some of them said that they deserved a slower and a more painful death. While his crew was ranting Alex just said "We should at least bury them properly somewhere as they don't deserve to rot in this ship." they then proceeded to an empty island where they buried the women there and burned the Marine ship after they've looted the ship.
They then sailed towards Shimotsuki Village with their image of the Marines going down because of what they had witnessed. Alex was now more determined to change this world by destroying the old ways of the world.
After sailing for a few days of sailing they finally reached Shimotsuki Village and they docked their ship and explored what their island has to offer. While they were exploring, they heard some woods clashing with each other. They got curious and tried to follow the sound and as they got closer, they saw two kids who were sparring a green haired boy and a black-haired girl. The green haired boy was using three swords with him double wielding and the last sword was in his mouth, while the black-haired girl was only using one sword. The black-haired girl was currently beating the green haired boy because she had a mastery over the techniques while the boy was just using pure strength without techniques. After watching them fight for a while, they saw the girl land a decisive blow that ended the fight. The girl knowing that she won said "I WON AGAIN ZORO. HOW MANY WAS IT? LIKE 900 OR 1000? JUST ADMIT IT YOU CAN'T BEAT ME." Zoro just said "Tch, just you wait Kuina I'll beat you soon enough because I'll be the greatest swordsman ever."
*Clap* *Clap* *Clap*
"That was a great fight you two, but Kuina your techniques still need polishing and Zoro your sword is still not sharp enough. No matter how much strength you have if your sword is blunt it will not cut anything. Your sword should be able to cut the thickest of steels when you want to, and when you don't want it to cut it will not cut even the thinnest of papers." said a middle-aged man as he was overlooking their spar.
"The people in the bushes please come out now." said the man as Alex and his crew were startled as well as Zoro and Kuina because they didn't notice the people in the bushes.
"Sorry for that sir, we were just curious because we heard some fighting going on." said Alex as his crew nodded and while Franco added "We mean no harm sir."
"Well it's fine. My name is Koushiro and I currently run a dojo, while these two are Zoro and Kuina my students in the dojo" Koushiro said while pointing at the two kids.
"Well I am Alex, and these are Franco, Robin, Braga, and Fraulein. We are pirates and are currently travelling around the East Blue to form our own pirate crew." Alex said as he introduced his crew to Koushiro.
"Well what brings you here to Shimotsuki Village?" asked a curious Koushiro
"Well..."

ImStar0710 My novel will still follow the canon timeline, but since my OCs would be added there are more things that would change in the One Piece World. This novel is just a product of my ideas that I got while I was reading about One Piece.
