LAIS
I wake up to my alarm clock blaring.
Riiiiiiiiiiing riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing riiiiiiiiiiiiiing riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing goes the annoying sound, annoying enough that I'm immediately encouraged to get up. I guess alarm clocks are designed like that.
I try to open my eyes, only to find it being blocked by something black and heavy, and moving, and furry, and meowing loudly.
Ugh, this kid. He likes to be the first thing I see when I wake up, just so I remember to feed him his favorite steamed fish for breakfast.
I pick up Tripod, who has decided to take a nap over my eyes, and place him to the side of the bed.
Oh, what a sleep. Despite what's been going on with me recently, I haven't slept as good as I have been these last couple of days. I've been sleeping like a baby. Elen's spirit-wielding really is unmatched. Nothing like an original spirit wielder to give you a good night's sleep.
I walk from my room to her's.
