From the layout, setting, and construction of the underground shelter, it could easily be deduced that the materials used to build it were state of the art.

Specially trained soldiers in black uniforms guarded the underground shelter. They practically filled everywhere like locusts, and they had devices that could detect immediately if a problem happened to any one of them.

Hidden from plain sight were state-of-the-art weapons. Heavy weapons that could obliterate any high-grade soldier if the power is concentrated enough.

Hidden even more deeply were the computer experts operating these machines of war. They were the best in the country, and getting to work in this underground shelter was the highlight of their carrier.
