After entering his car, Clark did not take a single glance back as he drove out of the government building the next moment. As he drove his veins throbbed repeatedly, making his face seem older but he didn’t seem to notice.

Seeing children being butchered brutally like pigs, old men being kicked to death like stray dogs, couples being shot to death like they mean nothing, he felt a wave of simmering anger engulf his heart.

How can humans be so cruel?
