The court case

Day 6: 3 pm

Everyone was sitting in the courtroom. Caleb Carter returned to the stand Mr. Jennings too his place in front of the stand ‘Mr . Carter would you like to tell the court exactly what happened the day that you received the video message?

‘I was going to see Avery to talk to her and apologise for the way I had treated her and my mobile buzzed. I got it out my pocket unlocking it opening the video message and watched in horror. Then something hard hit me from behind to the back of my head and I fell to the ground.’

‘What happeend next Mr. Carter?’

‘It was dark then the bag was taken off my head and I saw Avery next to me she asked what I was doing there. Ryaln was there to mocking us before leaving she loked angry and asked why I was there’s seen as it had nothing to do with me I told her I didn’t know. I’m not sure what happeend after that. The next thing I knew it wasn’t just me and Avery it was Matt, Noah and Marcus as well.’
