Capítulo 18: Chapter 18
We all stand there some more exhausted than others and some more injured. But nothing that we can't recover from. I sit down on the ground angry at myself for getting injured back then because now I cant keep my little sister safe, and its because of me that she is in danger. When I look up at the sky I realize that I have been surrounded by the Avengers.
They take me back into Avengers Tower. When we get to the elevator someone pushes the up button. Its intimidating to be around all of these people any of them could easily beat the crap out of me even though I know most of them wouldn't and by most I mean I'm unsure about the Hulk because he's a wild card in my books. The elevator doors ding open revealing their lounge area. They guide the way to the couches. Where I sit out of intimidation of the very angry looking faces. I look down at the ground. I feel like I'm in ths principal's office from blowing up the chem labs again. But I also want to laugh about it those were the days I use to get into so much trouble in school mainly in my science classes just because I would study anything and everything about it and having a really good memory really does help.
Tony gets my attention saying through his teeth "Explain. Now." I look at him saying pulling out my mother's flashdrive "Here this holds my original records that my mother had kept hidden from the world. And someone has figured out this secret and they are threatening me with my little sister. And before you you ask no shes not yours too. Just me. But that flash drive has everything on it that has anything to do with me and who I am." They all look at me as Stark is going through the files with Natasha.
After what felt like hours Stark finally speaks "How is this possible?" I roll my eyes "Please don't make me have that talk with you can one of you guys explain this when I'm not around on the adult talks." I then giggle when he rolls his eyes at me. He then says "who is threatening you?" I get up pointing to the computer saying "May I?" He nods and I say "Jarvis correct?"the computer responds "Yes Ms Stark." I continue "Can you pull up Stark tower security feed from the day when it was flooded with interviewers asking about me and my existence." He does so. "Now take the phone recording and cross reference the man's voice with that of the interviewers and show me that person." Jarvis does so and the man that Jarvis shows me is Obadiah Stane. I say "Really?!" I start to think about what i could have possibly done to piss him off Stark then says "I thought he was dead." I respond to that "so it wasn't me who pissed him off it was you!! Come on I just wanted to live my life in peace but now one of your enemies is after me great just great." My phone ring and I answer it without thinking saying "WHAT.?!" that familiar voice come through saying "You should really watch that Stark temper of yours or I might not even give you a chance to save your little sister."
