I heard Zara Larsson singing. It was my alarm tone. I had always been a fan of Zara and I would never leave any chance to listen to her songs.

After I switched off my alarm, got up from the bed, did my morning chores, and got ready in my jogging clothes.

It was six in the morning and I knew no will wake up before seven at least. Also, after yesterday’s news of Adya’s pregnancy, I knew even she or Ishaan would also not show up.

I called Aditi but she didn't pick up. I wasn’t in the mood to go jogging alone so I went to Aditi’s room. I knocked but didn’t receive any response. She was a slumber bunny which I was as well three years back but things changed for me, not in a good way though.

When my persistent efforts to wake her up didn’t bear a result I decided to go alone.
