Capítulo 138: Only Ten Dollars Left

"You can have this coffee don't let another drop go to waste, understand?" Max voiced in an assertive tone. "I am going to bed now." 

"But sir... I can't have this. This is yours." The guard sounded adamant but Max wasn't going to take any of it. 

"I said no wasting a single drop. Now take it and drink it!" Max raises his voice while shoving the mug in his way. 

"Y-yes, sir. Understood." The guard responds after taking the cup of coffee from his hands. 

"Alright. I am going to bed now. I will ask the maid to clean the carpet on my way back." 

"Alright, sir. Thank you, sir." The guard bows one last time and Max moves towards the stairs down below and out of the guard's sight. 

He enters his room and closes the door shut behind. He leans against the door and brings his fist forward and opens it. The key was resting in his palm and he took a breath of relief. 

"This was easy." Max mused while smiling to himself.
