David ran towards the end of the street. He ripped the bandages off his arms and the ones sticking out of his chest too from under his shirt. 

Panting hard for air by excessive use of his lungs he didn't stop and kept on running until the sight of a shabby apartment building appeared is when did he stop finally. 

It was eight in the morning and almost time for Sabrina to come out. He couldn't wait any longer and wanted to confront her. His heart was beating insanely inside his chest with the mere possibility that he was about to see her and confess his feelings for her no matter if he gets rejected again. He has taken a pledge with himself that he won't step down until Sabrina has a fair reason to reject him. Not before convincing her to try at least by giving their relationship a chance.
