The arena was filled to the brim with people discussing the upcoming event and possible war. Grey and his friends were regarded as betrayers of the empire. Of course the people didn't know what they did, but since the Emperor declared them fugitives, so it was. 

The Mayor of Frost City was present, looking around. He was a little excited because he felt greatly humiliated when Grey not only beat him up but sent him to the Emperor as an errand boy. 

He was over five hundred years old, and he couldn't even compete with a youth who wasn't even twenty years of age. When he came back with the crippled royals, the Emperor flew into rage, almost killing him. If not for the fact that he was already close to the Peak of the Overlord Plane, and he had been loyal to the empire for years now, he would've been killed instantly.
