"Let me get this straight, you chose Daniel because you saw Kyle kissed another girl? But the truth is his ex was the one who kissed him not the other way?" I nodded my head at Kayla.

"So, you don’t actually have feelings for Daniel? He’s just a rebound then."

"No! I do have feelings for Daniel but not as deep as my feelings for Kyle."

"If you really like Kyle, then why did you chose Daniel?" I sighed frustratedly. "I don’t know! Maybe because he is the famous playboy that woman loves and I am scared that he will go behind my back. When he was kissing her, that thought crosses my mind. So I chose the safe path."

"By choosing Daniel," Kayla stated. "Yes."

"You know it’s not fair for Daniel, right?" I laid down on my bed facing the ceiling. "I know. First, I feel bad for using Daniel because I was scared to get hurt, and second, I regret leaving Kyle's office without asking for an explanation."

"Damn girl, I feel for you."
