𝐌𝐄𝐄𝐓𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐈𝐌 𝐖𝐀𝐒𝐍'𝐓  an accident. The days she had spent with him, filled her heart with courage and beauty she could not have fathomed. Five years had gone by, yet his touch is engraved on her skin. 

Esmeray looks at the crown waiting on the dressing table. It's golden shine reminded her of the crown of flames she missed. They were fire and water - so different, and lethal together. In the recent days, his eyes had been plaguing her mind more, making her wonder if something might have happened to him. Her magic often responded to her in the time of crisis. 

Perhaps, it was a clue. 

"Momsy, they are here!" Rey jumps from the bed, grabbing Esmeray's attention. 

"Calm down, Rey. You will hurt yourself," she scolds him. Her son is ahead of her, though, as he swims quickly out of the room. She loves him, but sometimes he could be a handful.
