Boss
After about a minute, where I drag the deer, I see that the white wolf begins to slow down.
"We have arrived?" I ask
"Yes, right behind that stone over there, the herd gathers," he says as he points to a stone about ten meters away.
They are unable to see beyond the stone, and the trees around them are too dense to see if there are traps.
But I don't think there are any traps, why they should attack me, there are no reasons why they should
So I decide to follow the white wolf, and once I pass the stone, I look around me, and to my surprise, I can see about twenty wolves, with their prey in front of them, but none eating.
Then I see in front of this pack, another wolf, with gray fur, and a scar that starts from its forehead, and ends over the nose.
The strange thing is that this is the only wolf that is eating, while the others are staring at him with his mouth watering.
Well that has to be the boss
I think, but then I see that the white wolf beckons me to sit down with a worried face.
I decide to do as he tells me, also because I have no reason to go against the leader of a pack of wolves, so I sit next to him, waiting to see what will happen next.
But as I turn my gaze to the scarred one, I see him, looking in my direction, but not looking at me, but looking at the white wolf.
In fact, in the next moment, he approaches us with a slow step, with an arrogant smile
"White, you know you can only eat after I'm done," says the scarred man, pointing to the deer on the ground
"Boss ... This is not mine ..." White says in fear
"I do not care!! Take it away! " He yells at his lackeys
"This deer is not going anywhere" I say putting a paw on my lunch
He turns his gaze on me for the first time, and arrogantly says "who are you? Here I am the boss, and if you don't listen, you die !! "
"I'm not anyone's subordinate! And that deer is my prey. "I snarl back at him, getting to my feet
I see his face change color, and he starts growling at me, seeing that I'm not backing away, he gets even more angry, until he throws himself at me.
It starts with a bite in the neck, but I avoid it, jumping to the right, and while it is unbalanced, I attack it with a shoulder, which causes it to fall to the ground
"I don't care, what you do with your herd but you can't give me orders. Let me go, and I won't kill you, "I tell him indifferently
I don't like this guy, but he's his pack, so I don't want to interfere, but I won't be merciful, to anyone who attacks me.
Meanwhile I see that the scarred one looks around, while observing the gazes of his flock, and sees in them looks of expectation, do they want their leader to lose?
Apparently, they hate their boss, but that's none of my business
better leave, so I decide it's time to back up, and get away, but just then I see the scarred wolf turning towards me with an even more angry look than before
and he throws himself at me again, so I feint to the right, and I see him bite, so I really shy to the left, and I land him again on the ground, but this time I put my paws on him, pinning him to the ground
"I said I'm leaving !! Stay on the ground or die !! " I growl in his ear, and start walking away, but still remain alert to any attack from behind
And in fact, a moment later, he gets up and runs towards me for the third time
White yells "watch out behind"
I turn my head relaxed, and just when its muzzle is about twenty centimeters from my neck, I quickly switch to my cat module, avoiding the bite, and in the next moment I go back to the wolf module, biting its neck. Then I start shaking my head, infusing more force into the bite, and tossing it towards a tree.
After the blow received, I see that the scarred wolf tries to get up, while he gives me a deadly look, but in the next moment, he falls to the ground dead.
After seeing the Scarred's death, I turn my gaze to the rest of the pack, expecting more attacks from them.
But instead I see them jumping happily, howling upwards.
What is happening? Why are they doing this?
Then I see White approaching me "great, you managed to kill the scarred one, you set us free"
"it was not wanted, now I'm leaving" I tell him as I am about to leave again
but I am stopped again by White "you can't leave, now you are the boss" he says while the other wolves also nod back
I am amazed and I answer "Haven't you seen this before? I'm not a wolf, I'm just a cat" and I turn back into a cat
Now I expect them to start yelling at me to get out of their territory
"we don't care, you're stronger than us, so you're our boss" he says as he starts to wag his tail, and with him, the others too
But are you wolves or dogs ???
