Capítulo 3: Chapter 2
Alex P.O.V
Dad had booked a flight to California, I was in disapproval with his decision but he managed to convince me by making me the CEO of his multi-billion businesses and who can say no to that.
After all I'm his only son so I agreed
Now I'm up to my neck waiting for someone to open the damn gate, that's when I noticed a girl bit younger than me asking if I needed help but I wasn't in the mood.
I just wanted to rest so I answer rudely to open the gate. She did as I said and I drove off to the mansion. As I reached the front door I could see the flowers that were arranged and the decorations were a bit old for my liking.
I pressed the intercom and an old lady with some similarity of that young girl I saw at the gate opens the door looking so weak.
That's when I remembered what dad had told that the old lady is Maria and the girl at the gate must be Clara her granddaughter. Well I know her name because dad adores her a lot.
Maria speaks in a weak but happy voice "Hello Mr Alex Thompson . Nice to finally meet you."
"Hello to you too. You must be Maria and the girl saw at the gate must be the famous Clara hmm."
"You are correct." She answers with a smile.
"Well since I am going to be living here some things are to change." I said. Her face confused as it was she asks "What things."
"Yes things like your granddaughter working for me while going to school, you two living in the cottage and from now on call me master.
Maria answers sadly "As you wish master." That's when comes in. "Clara we should pack and move our things into the cottage.
