Zayn had just returned to his apartment, and when he entered the living room he heard the presence of someone from the kitchen. All he knew was that only Zarina Begum and Anam had his apartment's code.

"Anam is this you?" he asked before he took off his tie, put it to one side on the sofa, and sat down there, leaning his head against it.

"Yeah, mom called and told me to cook for you today," Anam said, coming out of the kitchen.

"Mama bothered you for no reason." Zayn apologized and closed his eyes trying to get some rest.

"Maybe she was worried that there was no one to take care of you after Zarina Aunty went to Pakistan. And what's there to be bothered about? I just came here a while ago, and it's not like I don't cook daily for my husband and kids."

"It wasn't needed. I'd order pizza." He spoke with his eyes closed.

He looked so exhausted that Anam felt like massaging his head.
