Gil smiled and was proud to report, "The enforcers are confused at some points when it comes to some of the duties of the various staff. But they are adjusting those things as we speak. I have a feeling that by the end of the week there will be a draft of the guild rules and positions for hire." 

This was great news. If the formation of an adventurers' guild could progress faster then there would be a quicker growth in the entire opening process of the forest elf city and kingdom.
