Capítulo 37: Chapter 36

Luca's POV

'She can't die, not now, not until Luca's alive' Cruz pushed Rick aside and placed himself in front of her.

'What are you doing?' Rickard asked but he didn't reply and picked out his knife and pulled down Katherina's shirt.

'Cruz, she's gone' Rick's voice trembled.

'No, she isn't. The bullet didn't hit her heart' Cruz said.

I looked closer to the wound.

'It's the exact point where Luca was hit' He said.

He pierced the knife in as I watched carefully. It's not that easy to take out a hollow point bullet and if it has split into pieces, there is no way a person survives, especially not where she is shot. Cruz has always been an expert in knives and I watched him take out the bullet skilfully. When the boldly bullet came out, he examined it.

'It hasn't split into pieces' my voice was a mere whisper.
