"Hey Y/N..."
I look at him and he gives me the sweetest smile ever...
"I love you!"
I almost spit my food out when I hear him speak those words making me wipe my mouth and rub my eyes before looking up once more and...
"Y/N, Y/N!"
I squint my eyes open at Jay's voice.
"Jay? What are you doing here?"
He doesn't say anything but goes to take a glass of water from the bar.
What am I still doing here? Wasn't I suppose to be at my house with Kai? Weren't we eating together?
"Y/N... you ok babe?"
I look at Lauren's worried face and give her a nod, Jay than brings the water and I take few sips of it.
No one says anything when Luca suddenly breaks the silence.
"I'm sorry I didn't know that it was alcohol, I just thought it was a normal drink and gave it to you! I'm really sorry if I had known you had weak alcohol tolerance I would have been more careful!"
"No it's ok Luca, don't worry, it wasn't your fault! By the way for how long have I been unconscious?"
"Umm around two hours or so?" (Jay)
I get a sudden panic attack...is it 2 am now? I was out this whole time? What about Kai? Is he at home...?
....the truth finally hits me hard like a bullet; that was only a stupid dream...the good moment that I had spent with him, the fact that I felt happy was all a lie...
....what did I expect?
...did I really think he would suddenly love me out of the blue?
My brain doesn't seem to be functioning anymore...
TIME SKIP- 30MINUTES LATER
A few minutes ago, Jay wanted to drop me off but Mark insisted on taking me home so that he could apologize for what Luca did, and Jay ended up going with Lauren.
Even after all this time, the only thing I could think of is the fact that I felt empty and broken inside, I'm starting to feel very annoyed... I hate anything regarding this marriage, I should have never approved, I shouldn't have fallen for him. I don't want to see his face! I had enough!
"You ok? You seemed off after waking up, did you have a bad dream?"
I look at him surprised, did it show on my face?
"No, I'm ok."
"...If you say so."
He didn't look that convinced but seriously, I didn't have the strength to explain anything.
"We're here...now that's a nice house!"
I look at him with a soft smile, he looked adorable with that amazed look and sparkling eyes.
I slowly open the door but he holds my hand gently...
"Not even a goodnight?"
I giggle at his sudden cuteness.
"Yes sir, good night, be careful on your way home and salty dreams!"
"Hehe, thank you, madam, sweet dreams to you too!"
With that said he disappeared in the darkness while I watched him till nothing but the stars in the sky were showing...
I finally walk up to the house and press the bell, just seconds after, the door opens, did he know that it was me?
My body was still numb as the effect of alcohol didn't fully disappear, every step I toke felt heavy and just as I was coming closer to the bid gate, the main door, my heart felt dejected...I don't want to go. I don't want to see him. Shall I just call Lauren?
Unwillingly I push the door open and walk inside his house...
"You're finally here, Mrs Y/N Raven."
