Capítulo 183: The mystery of her mark

"Me?"

"What the hell are you talking about?" Caroline almost spaced out upon hearing Mogwai's words.

Mogwai looked at her with a hint of annoyance in his eyes, but then ignored her question and continued pacing around.

"If the face of Eva was similar to that of hers, then there is something linked to her. Something that your father probably wanted to tell you explicitly with that vision." Mogwai said and halted again, looking curiously at Caroline, before shaking his head. 

And Caroline could tell that he didn't like not knowing things.

"Can this be any more twisted?" And saying that, he finally gave up and rested himself on the chair.

Seeing their only source of information giving up, even Caroline felt as if they had hit the rock bottom.

Morpheous looked at the worried expression on Caroline's face and softly muttered, "We will figure it out, ok? Together! You and me, together."
