Capítulo 181: Hurt or healed

On the ground was now lying the slaughtered body of Lord Diabolos. 

Lifeless, like a mannequin. The blood was thickening inside his capillaries marking the end of his life in the hands of his father who had risen like a phoenix from the ashes.

Morpheus watched the sword glisten, and he could clearly read the words - 'In the end, only the chosen one shall prevail.' 

It all came in as a stark realization. 

His last day at Vanaheimr, the glow of the sword when he lifted the sword and held on to its hilt. The words that had glistened then meaninglessly. It all came flashing back.

His father turned and pointed the sword in his direction and gave a small nod, as if he was acknowledging him.

'Can he see me?' Morpheous wondered and all of a sudden he watched his father mouth the words - 'You are the one!'
