Scarlet's POV.....

Everything was now calm and peaceful since the infidelity case was disclosed, and it made me wonder when and what the next attack would be.

To be honest, I felt really awful for both Eva and Britney. No teenager is to be put through such tribulation. But they came across fine after a while, and it made me proud of them. But Eva's mom seemed a little out of it. Eva confided in us about her mom not going to work and how she was always not sober.

“We meet again.” A voice startled me. I looked up to see detective Bullock. I gulped. We had completely forgotten all about him.

“You seem uneasy.” He asserted, surveying my face for God knows what.

“Of course, with you sneaking up on me like this, why wouldn't I?” I glared at him.

“How did you even find me.” He chuckled.

“I told you kids that, I would keep my eyes on you.”
