Tashina craned her weary eyes open to stare at the bleak darkness right in front of her.

There were flashes of light that looked almost like stars to her. The sight was beautiful and it brought a small smile to her like immediately.

Xavier noticed her stir which made him wrap his hands around her waist tighter as if to remind her that he was there with her no matter what.

He planted a kiss at the tip of her head as he looked down at her.

"Is my baby awake?" His dimple showed as he smiled down at her.

"Uhm," Tashina hummed as she moved up to stretch her limbs in the airplane seat.

She couldn't remember when exactly but she knew she woke up in the middle of the journey as her body could no longer handle being in bed for too long.

This was why Xavier suggested they went to the main compartment to sit down.
