If James decides to even go the extra mile then he could simply create a mini sun and encase it in Nth Metal which would negate all the gravitational effects it would have and with a bit of tweaking, you get a Fusion reactor that produces just as much energy as the sun. The absolute sum of Reality warping and unlimited resources.
"I'm going back to work, Paris, you make sure he gets home okay?" Miss Anna said as she laid back into her seat
[Affirmative Ma] Paris answered as the car sped towards her office.

A Month Later,
Smith Islands
Science Island.
James was inside a large conference hall along with many others. He was standing on a stage as he looked down at the hundreds if not thousands of the brightest minds that A.I.M had to offer. Unlike the MCU, James was familiar with, A.I.M here had existed since the World War, WW II to be specific meaning that this people definitely had or once had ties with Hydra and was an enemy of Captain America. Years of existence had allowed the originally small think tank to acquire thousands of followers and now James had control of all that human resource.
The Think Tank known as A.I.M was basically an army of scientists that work for those with money if there was anything James lacked it was money, even without money, he could sponsor the entire planet with every resource they needed so James wasn't really worried about him being able to handle and manage this large group of people. In order to not really affect the company, James had no actual plans to take too much money from the company after Smith Industries was too expansive and covered multiple markets and had millions of employees along with thousands of other projects that the company had to take care of.
With that in mind, James simply planned to either create a Creation Room, a place that could arrange or rearrange atoms in the air to create an object or item as the user requests, thus allowing people to create resources on the go or simply sponsor them with the help of the Resource dimension. Either way, It wouldn't take much from the company itself except for the initial capital that was put into building the place after all maintenance could be done by the scientists and engineers here.
"Good day to you all, I am very sure, you all know who I am but for necessity's sake, My name is James Smith and I am your boss from now one" James said with a smile as he looked on to the people as though they were slaves.
"We are only here because you have the money to sponsor us, don't let it get to your head" Someone in the massive crowd shouted, to which many of them laughed
"You are also here because I bought your entire think tank, you all work for me and not by choice….. the other option is capital punishment after all you are all criminals" James said as an almost evil grin formed on his face. Immediately the words came out, the laughter instantly stopped
A.I.M may appear as a regular think tank to the public…. At least in the time, they actually cared to show themselves to the public but they had a very dark past that would result in most of the people here sleeping in jails for life. They sold weapons of mass destruction to the Enemy of the entire world, Hydra, they did human experiments, unethical wasn't even a word, you would use to describe them because they are worse than that. James didn't even need to think too much to know that at least some of them here had lived long enough to actually be part of the original team but James had to admit that despite their Unethical methods, the think tank did produce results.
"But don't worry, I don't actually care that much, I am just mostly concerned about your scientific capabilities. I provide anything you want, resources, money etc and all I need from you guys is to submit any project you want to work on to Paris here, If she deems your project helpful to mankind in anyway then you will be granted all the resources you would need to complete it" James explained as he pointed towards Paris who was standing beside him in a holographic form
"I am creating the absolute best environment for scientists like you, a holy land for science. You all will be given an orientation and tour of the island later by Paris, in the Research section, you can choose to work alone or in group but either way, you get a secure lab and all the equipment you need, you would be given a badge that you are to have at all times, it allows you access into the labs and is also your ticket to safety should you ever create something dangerous enough to blow you up or kill you" James explained
