"Looks like we'll be staying here until either of them wakes up."

Linqin had informed them she was returning back to talk to her brother, and to investigate the situation at the Sacred Forest. Xue and K'xug had briefly described their experience in the Sacred Forest, and Linqin expressed her sincere gratitude to them.

After all, Xue and K'xug were not obliged to help them in any manner, since they were here as guests. Moreover, they were treated as criminals as soon as Veau revealed his powers, disappearing from the spot.

They never harmed a single tribe member in their time here either, thus, she never pursued them after her fight with Cecil. She wasn't stupid, she could tell if they had evil intentions or not.

Compared to their first few encounters, she wanted to leave with a better note this time around. Thus, she left them be and allowed them to recuperate in peace.
