He finally noticed it and ran, surpassing human speed he ran Infront of the truck and started trying to push it, Trying to stop it from hitting the adoption. He managed to slow it down so it wouldn't hit but his arms broke and he fell onto the ground, the wheel shattering his skull and ultimately killing him.
