Capítulo 15: Chapter 14: A Choice To Make Act 1
(A/N:Hey, author here, sorry for the long update, I already wrote till chapter 16 for this fanfic and a few more chap from and original novel I'm working on....
Then I updated my pc and it got looped, had to reset it and all my work disappeared, *sigh, I felt tired and unmotivated to write it back so I took a bit of a rest.
However, I'm back now, yay...but I don't think this'll be as good as the first one...maybe it'll be even better! NYEHEHEHE.)
"…..Your death…was a lie.."
"…"
"….."
The white space was sooo silent, you can hear the sound of pin dropping if someone drops it. Yamato couldn't say anything. I mean, how could he? He just heard something shocking after all.
That and his brain is still processing the words that came out of those sweet, plump lips of hers.
His lips press upon each other and become a thin line, his eyes were staring at her blankly. It's as if someone told him that the world is a giant piece of land carried by giant elephants on top of an even more gargantuan turtle.

He blinks.
Once.
Twice.
Then he registered her words, his brow furrows as he looks at the bodacious villainess incredulously.
"What?"
She scoffs then chuckles before shaking her head. "You heard me, I won't repeat it twice."
"W-what do you mean…*sigh*, no that's a stupid question…how did I die then if I didn't die from getting stabbed? Also, why did I remember my death incorrectly?"
She grins like a certain purple cat from wonderland.
"I never said the way you died was a lie…"
Confusion appears on Yamato's face, "Wha!? Then-"
She clicks her tongue before raising her right hand with the palms facing towards Yamato's face, "Wait, hold that thought."
He closes his mouth as his words and questions died in his throat. Frankly, he was quite curious as to what she was going to do next.
She then snaps with her right hand.
"Za Warudo!! Toki wo tomare!"
(T/L:The World! Stop time!)
A translucent sphere suddenly appeared on her hands, it then spread and engulfs the whole space in mere moments. What's crazy is that space seems to distort and color seems to fade away, turning the white space into 50 shades of grey while the sound of clock ticking resounded in the background alongside a backwards shifting sound.
Yamato looks around in wonder, his mouth was open slightly and his eyes were opened wide and sparkling with excitement. Dio chuckles at Yamato's antics.
"Your reaction is amusing but we don't have much time. So close your mouth and stop gawking around like a child."
Yamato gasp comically as his eyes turn into a catlike eyes and his mouth became diamond shaped.

He turns around and glares at Dio weakly, "Dammit, don't suddenly speak out like that. You nearly gave me a heart attack."
She blinks at him before suddenly laughing out loud, "Hahahahaha!! A DEMON DIES FROM A HEART ATTACK! HAHAHAHAH!!"
The mc just stares at her with a deadpan expression before sighing and rubbing his face with one hand. "*sigh, forget about it..let's just get on with it already, okay?"
She snickers as she chuckles, she rests her chin on the palm of her right hand.
"Indeed, let's keep this short and sweet.."
She then points her left index finger towards Yamato.
"You still died from getting stabbed, the circumstances are a bit different from what you remember though....also,the reason you remember it incorrectly is because...."
She drones her word while staring at Yamato. She must expect him to ask for the punchline or perhaps building up suspense, or maybe the author just wants to increase the word count.

Anyways, the Mc fortunately delivers and bites her bait.
"Because?"
She puts down her index finger as she grins a little, "Well...because someone requested me too change it or at least, the other me to do so."
Yamato was surprised at her words, who the hell would request for his memories to be changed? Especially his death.
"Hol up-other you?" he asks incredulously.
She raise one of her eyebrows, "Of course, he's the one that reincarnated you as well. The male counterpart of me that is, although he seems completely different than I do."
"Right..." Yamato nods his head with slight trepidation. 'A different Dio? One with such a godly power must be...Dio Over Heaven..no that doesn't matter right now, gotta ask the most important question first.'
Thus our mc spoke the million power stone question.
"Who the hell asked for my memories to be changed!?"
Dio stares at him with an unreadable expression in her face before giving a cheshire cat grin.
"Why...that person would be..." her left index finger moves once again.
"You...." before she points it towards the Mc once again.
Yamato was shocked to hear that he was the one who asked for Dio or at least a different one to change his memory.
"W....wha?wh-why!? Why would I ask for my memories to be changed!?"
She shrugs, "Beats me, that's you and my original body's business...I do know parts of it, but not all of it of course.."
She then clap her hands happily while our Mc was biting his right index finger's middle joint anxiously and looking down on the floor.
"Anyways, now you're going to have to make a choice!"
Yamato stop biting his finger and remove it from his mouth, but not too far away from his lips in case he wants to bite them some more.
He looks at her, "What are you talking about? What choice?"
Her green luscious lips parted as she gave him a toothy grin. One that seem almost predatory, like a cat that just found a new critter to play with.
"Well..you'll have to choose whether you want to recover your memory or not."
Yamato blinks, "Oh? That's actually possible?"
She shrugs, "Yeah, well it's part of the deal and also something youuu requested too. Well, not that you remember it or anything."
Yamato cups his chin with his right hand, 'hmmm, should I recover the memories? There must be a reason why the old me asked for it to be removed.'
'..but does it even matter now? I have a new life and my memory seems good enough and I'm satisfied so far, should I really risk recovering what is lost and missing or even open a few cans of worms?'
While our Mc was trapped in a dilemma, bodacious Dio was just floating there, looking at our Mc with a small amused smile on her face.
'now then...let's see what choice you will make dear 'broken one'....will you do as the other you predicted or not? Either way it'll be an interesting sight for sure.'
