When Kelly arrived at their house after her training, she was full of excitement and happiness when she saw Luna and Adrien cuddled up on the couch, sleeping peacefully. She held in her screams and jumped around quietly, trying not to wake up the couple. After a minute of jumping around, she stood still on her spot and admired the two, then she focused on Luna. "Finally, you trust someone enough to hold your heart" she whispered to herself before walking towards them and gently kissed the top of Luna's head. She then leaned to Adrien's ear. "better take care of my sister, you'll die if you don't" she whispered and walked upstairs to her room.
Sunday
Adrien was woken up by the sun shining on him through the window. He slowly opened his eyes and immediately looked at Luna who was hugging him tightly as she sleeps peacefully. "looks like someone broke out of her hard shell and showed her soft side" Kelly said as she walked up in front of them, holding her cup of coffee. Adrien looked at her and chuckled. "at least she trusts me enough to show it" Adrien said as he looked back at Luna. "true. Wake her up. Her day off is over and you both need to attend training today, considering our big mission is on the day after tomorrow" Kelly said before walking back to the kitchen. Adrien caress Luna's cheek. "Babe wake up. we need to attend our training" he said softly. Luna just snuggled up closer to him and groaned. "10 more minutes," she said, earning a chuckle from Adrien. "Bitch, you better wake the fuck up. we are going to be late if you don't wake up right now" Kelly yelled from the kitchen. When Luna recognized her voice, she shot her eyes open and immediately sat up, earning a laugh from Kelly and Adrien. "oh shut up. I'm going to take a shower" Luna said as she rolled her eyes and stood up. "hey, where's my good morning?" Adrien said as he pouts. "make me coffee first" Luna responded, not even looking at him, and went upstairs to take a shower. "even with a boyfriend, she's still grumpy in the morning" Kelly mentioned. Adrien just smiled and made his way to the kitchen to make them some coffee.
After some time, Luna went downstairs, wearing her casual training clothes and her bag hanging on her shoulder. "Your coffee is still warm, drink it before it gets cold. Kelly already went ahead, she said she needed to drop by somewhere before going to the headquarter" Adrien said as Luna walked in the kitchen. Luna walked up to him and gave him a peck on his lips. "there's your good morning" she said with a smile before picking up her coffee on the kitchen counter. Adrien smiled and took a sip of his coffee. "Oh, I almost forgot. You actually have some spare training clothes in the guest's room, you can use my bathroom to take a shower and change" Luna mentions. Adrien nodded and finished his coffee before going upstairs. While Luna was waiting for Adrien, her phone rang. She looked at the screen to see who was calling and answered it when she saw Ace's name.
"Hey Ace"
"don't hey Ace me, young lady. You are late for your training"
"I know, I know. I'm just waiting for Adrien to get ready. It won't happen again"
"better keep your promises, Luna. Now hurry up, your trainer is waiting for you"
"wait, I thought my next training with him is tomorrow?"
"he won't be available tomorrow. He needs to accompany his wife since they're expecting the baby to be born tomorrow"
"Alright, I'll tell Adrien to hurry up"
"okay. Drive safe please"
"will do"
Luna hung up and went upstairs to go to her room. Assuming that Adrien is still in her bathroom, she opened the door to her room and got caught off guard when she saw Adrien's bareback facing her. He only has a towel wrapped around his hips. Luna immediately covered her eyes and yelled. "why the hell are you changing in my room!" she said. Adrien looked back and smirked. "what? Am I not allowed to?" he said, walking towards her without her noticing. "You didn't even ask me if you can-" Luna couldn't finish her sentence when she uncovered her eyes and saw Adrien's face inches from hers. Luna gulped and focused on his face. "like what you see?" Adrien teased. Luna blushed and pushed him away. "You are seriously a fucking tease. Hurry up, we're already late" she said as she walked out of her room and shuts the door.
After a few minutes, Adrien rushed down to see Luna impatiently waiting by the front door. "Took you long enough. Let's go" she said in a monotone and opened the door to walk out. Luna was the one who drove them to the headquarters. The whole ride there, Adrien was just trying to make Luna laugh, and she did. They both walked into the building once they arrived and headed straight to the training room.
"there you are. Hurry up and put your bag in your locker. Meet me in the other room" Luna's trainer said as he walked out of the training room when they arrived. Adrien chuckled, knowing that Luna is in trouble. "I will make sure to put you in trouble as well. Just you wait" Luna said to Adrien as she glares at him before going to her locker to put her stuff in. "Bae, no, I'm sorry" Adrien tried apologizing while he laughs. Luna cracked up a smile, seeing Adrien goof around made her day. "whatever. I'll be back for lunch" she said as she was about to exit. "You're forgetting something" Adrien mentions before Luna could exit the room. She smiled and turned around to see Adrien with his arms crossed and a smirk plastered on his face. she walked towards him and stood on her toes so that her face is near his. Adrien leaned forward and gave her a kiss on the lips. "have fun" he said right after the kiss. Luna smiled at him before turning around to exit the training room. "you guys need a room" someone said behind Adrien. He turned around and saw Kelly, looking at him with a smile. "what are you smiling at?" Adrien asked as he walked towards a table with some weapons. "I've never seen her smile like that before, it's nice seeing it" Kelly explains. "I am too lucky to have her" he responded. "yeah. You're lucky that you're the reason behind her smile" she said as she walked towards the same table with weapons on it. Adrien just smiled at her comment and continue with his training.
Their lunch break came, and Luna went back to the training room to see Adrien and Kelly. "where do you guys want to eat?" Kelly asked. "I know this burger place near here, we can eat there" Adrien suggested. "Alright. I'll just change, my shirt is soaked with sweat" Luna said before walking into the locker room to change.
After a few minutes, Luna walked out of the locker room and gave Adrien her car key. "since you're the one who knows the place, you drive" she told Adrien. He just nodded and walked ahead of them. they went to Luna's car and Adrien started to drive to their destination. Once they arrived, they all went out of the car and walked towards the place. Adrien opened the door for the ladies and followed behind. "you guys should find us a table. I'll go and order" Adrien instructed. Kelly and Luna did as they were told and found a table not so far from the counter. "I still can't believe you're in a relationship again" Kelly mentioned while they were waiting for Adrien. "what can I say. I can't keep my heart to myself forever" Luna responded, making them both smile widely. "What are you guys smiling at?" Adrien asked as he walked towards their table with a tray of food in his hands. "Luna said that you're very handsome," Kelly said to tease Luna. "really now?" Adrien teased back as he places the tray on the table. "you two are the death of me. let's just eat, I'm starving" Luna said and picked up one of the burgers.
After lunch, everything went smoothly. They went back to the headquarters and continued with their training. When it was time to go home, Luna told Kelly that she will be dropping Adrien off at his place since he didn't bring his car with him. "alright. Drive safe" Kelly said as she walked out of the headquarters first. Luna and Adrien were about to head out as well, but Luna's 2nd phone rang. "just wait for me by my car, I need to take this" Luna instructed Adrien. Adrien nodded and kissed the top of her head before going out to wait in her car. Luna took out her phone from her bag and saw the caller's ID. She rolled her eyes before answering it.
"what do you want Michael?"
"I just wanted to check on my fiancé, am I not allowed to?"
"no, you are not allowed to check up on me, because I am not your fiancé in the first place"
"Just wait for next month honey. Remember, our wedding will be on your birthday"
"fuck off"
Luna hung up before Michael could speak more. "Fucking asshole," Luna said under her breath before walking out of the building to meet Adrien by her car. "who was it?" Adrien asked when he saw Luna walking towards him. "some fucking asshole who's pissing me off" Luna said in a stern voice. She unlocked her car and they both went in. the ride to Adrien's place was silent until Adrien broke it. "Tell me" he simply said. Luna glanced at him, hesitating. She then heaved a sigh and looked back on the road. "Michael called me. telling me that he wanted to check on her "fiancé". Michael is the person my stupid father is planning for me to marry on my birthday. He knows where my cover-up apartment is, so does my mother and Michael. They've been stalking me all along and told Michael that they'll pay him and his family a big amount of cash if he marries me" she explained, making Adrien worry. "that bastard. What are you going to do?" he asked. "I don't know yet, but I'll come up with a plan sooner or later" she responded. Adrien noticed that her grip on the stirring wheel became tighter. He reached out his hand and grabbed her right hand. Luna got caught off guard but lets her right-hand release the stirring wheel to hold Adrien's. "whatever your plan will be, I'll help you" he said as he squeezed her hand. Luna smiled and nodded.
They arrived at Adrien's place and they both went out of the car. they walked towards the front door while holding each other's hand. "I'll see you tomorrow then," Luna said as they stopped in front of the door. Adrien leaned in to kiss her forehead. "Good night" He whispered, leaning his forehead on hers. "Good night" she responded as she looked into his eyes before walking away to go home.
