"There was a great disturbance in the Void recently, child..", a calming yet ominous voice came from a man crouching to feed the fish within the shadows of a koi pond garden.

The moon shone brightly as if it was watching over a backyard of a large mansion belonging to a powerful person. Crickets chirped in a mesmerizing lullaby as the faint light of the night sky glinted on the surface of the surrounding ponds. It may have seemed to be the appropriate time to lay on the garden's grass and sleep to one's content, but the presence of a silver haired man and the silhouette of a mysteriously imposing stranger emanated such an aura that had the power to bring forth wakeful attentiveness to any creature.

"Zero-sama, you should've told me you were coming..", greeted Shirogane as the tall shadow approached him slowly. "I could've prepared a feast for you."
