The intangible sensation struck Histoire's head with a force that could only be equivalent to that of a hard object hitting her after falling through the sky at a great velocity. It struck her and sent her into a daze that made her knees buckle. When she felt her body begin to sway sideways, she hurried and managed to stumble the rest of the way to the other side of Salvador.

Every other person whose presence she was not aware of hastily moved away from her desired destination, scurried past her; disobediently escaping whatever force that attempted to convince them to remain in place and to refrain from prying into what did not involve them.
