What the hell is that cube made of? All the metal that floated up to it and took a humanoid shape around it is completely melted, literally red hot. How is that cube not getting melted from the sheer heat around it? 

Damn it...I can't blast the metal surrounding it, my flames dissipate once they get close. Taking down the physical barrier isn't much of a problem, but that nullification barrier is a different story...we can't just destroy it by force, and without our powers, we don't have any truly destructive attacks at our disposal. 

We had considered using bombs, but that wouldn't do any good...first off, the blast radius of those bombs are too wide, it'd be a suicide mission. And second, the bombs use XFE as fuel, so it would probably have no affect anyway.
