I stepped up to a group of about fifteen Wights with both my Primary and Secondary Manifestations active...should I use my Manifestation Surge? 

No, better not, I've only learnt how to trigger it recently and I haven't yet fully mastered it, it's too powerful to use while not in full control of its capabilities. And besides, it's probably a bit overkill right now. 

"Alright, any of you who want to defect, step right up, I'll guarantee your safety," I remarked, glancing around at their expressions...two of them looked nervous and uncertain, eyeing the others around them fearfully. 

They're afraid that they'll get killed by the other Wights if they do step up, huh? 

"That crap again? Go to hell!" 

"We won't betray our comrades!" 

"Yeah, what they said!"
