Capítulo 500: North Yorkshire

As discussed last night, Alan took Anne to return to Luxembourg, so did Mr. David Clarke and his entourage. Although they both returned to Luxembourg, the two Clarkes took different planes.

"We left on a different plane, Anne, so it's only natural that we come back on a different plane." Alan repeated his statement for the umpteenth time, trying to explain to Anne.

"But still, it's a waste."

Alan chuckled. "How is it a waste? This plane is still in Dubai since it took us, and so is Grandpa's plane. Even if we join Grandpa, this plane still has to return to Luxembourg. And it would be a pity if this plane returned to Luxembourg empty. Now that is a waste."

"What kind of logic is that?" Anne snorted in annoyance. She had never won an argument with her husband.
