Xiaogang's face turned solemn, and he looked in the direction from where the sword attack originated.
'Such a strong sword energy?' Xiaogang thought.
The three of them did not take advantage of this situation and attack Xiaogang while he was distracted. Instead, their curiosity got better of them, and the three of them also looked in the same direction.
Bibi Dong took advantage of this and appeared beside Grandmaster. Her eyes were full of worry because she sensed a familiar aura approaching.
'This aura, no doubt, it has to be him,' Bibi Dong thought. She extended her arm and held Xiaogang's hand.
Before she could say anything, a figure appeared in front of them.
A man with three pairs of dark purple wings appeared in their sight. Even though his appearance had changed drastically, yet they recognized the man.
He was Qian Xunji. His originally golden hair and eyes became ash-grey.

Qian Xunji looked around for a moment before his gaze returned towards Xiaogang and Bibi Dong. He did not even bother to look at Falling Devil Douluo's corpse.
Xiaogang obviously saw the changes in Qian Xunji's breath, and suddenly he figured out the reason behind Supreme Pontiff's changes.
'There is a God's breath on him, but which one?' He thought in his mind.
'This gloomy aura and slaughter intent, it has to be Rakasha God.' Grandmaster concluded.
Golden Crocodile Douluo and others noticed Qian Xunji's changes but now was not the time to worry about it. The three of them regrouped and stood beside him.
Qian Xunji said, "Yu Xiaogang, weren't you being cocky not long ago? Where is your arrogance now 'Dragon King'?"
Grandmaster did not reply as if he did not put Qian Xunji in his eyes. He frowned and looked in the direction where Qian Xunji came.
'Another powerful person is approaching, and his aura is significantly stronger than the rest of them combined. Only Qian Daoliu possess this strength.' He thought.
He turned his face, looked at Bibi Dong, "Dong'er, can you handle one of them?"
Bibi Dong squeezed his hand and nodded her head, "Leave Ghost Douluo to me."
"Take care." He said in a low voice.
Qian Xunji became infuriated after seeing the two of them ignoring him. He really wished to bury them here itself, yet it was not the time to kill them.
He did not forget about the task given by Rakasha God. Qian Xunji looked at the three elders and said, "Ghost Douluo, you capture Bibi Dong."
"Cripple her if necessary!" He continued. Naturally, he was not aware that Bibi Dong had become a Titled Douluo; otherwise, he would have asked Snake Lance Douluo to join Ghost Douluo.
"Golden Crocodile Douluo, and Snake Lance Douluo, you will assist me in capturing Yu Xiaogang."
Ghost Douluo nodded and vanished on the spot.
Snake Lance Douluo and Golden Crocodile Douluo also nodded.
"Supreme Pontiff, Yu Xiaogang's strength is much stronger than what we anticipated." Golden Crocodile Douluo spoke. Xiaogang's strength really did put a lot of pressure on them.
Qian Xunji's indifferent eyes were on Xiaogang, and he said, "Don't worry, this time he can not escape."

While Qian Xunji gave his order, Xiaogang secretly communicated with the divine core within the black pearl.
He slowly started absorbing strand after strand of energy extracted from the divine core. Even though his spirit-power circulated by itself but Xiaogang could control it anytime.
He operated the Devouring Codex and increased the pace at which his spirit-power circulated; thus, increasing the speed at which the strands of energy got refined.
Xiaogang couldn't afford to take a risk letting Qian Xunji discover that his strength was increasing.
He did not know whether Rakasha God was nearby or not. Moreover, if the latter put his divine sense on Qian Xunji, it would become troublesome if the latter found out.
'It would take at least three minutes.' Xiaogang calculated the time in his mind.

Bibi Dong jumped and rushed towards an open area not far from Xiaogang. She knew only by luring Ghost Douluo away could she help him.
In the meanwhile, Qian Xunji, Golden Crocodile Douluo, and Snake Lance Douluo attacked Grandmaster.
Xiaogang could no longer maintain his self-spirit-fusion ability and the spear returned to its original appearance; as he was absorbing the energy from the divine core.
It wouldn't be wrong to say that Xiaogang was weakest at this moment.
'Fifth Spirit Ability: Nether sword!' A purplish-colored sword radiating dark and evil aura appeared in Qian Xunji's hands.
He vertically slashed the sword, and it emitted massive sword energy aimed at Xiaogang.
At the same time, Golden Crocodile Douluo smashed his tail at him, and Snake Lance Douluo attacked with his lance.
After seeing the three attacks, Xiaogang's face was more serious than ever, and a shocking spear intent radiated from his body.
'Devouring Domain!' An illusionary black light spread around his body with Xiaogang as the center.
He injected most of his spirit power into it, and black energy enveloped the spear.

'Boom!' The ethereal black dragons and the other three attacks collided, and a massive explosion occurred.
Even though his spear attack and devouring domain consumed most of the energy, Xiaogang relied on his powerful physique to resist the attack.
It is not that Xiaogang did not want to use his spirit-power to defend himself, but he could not. He consumed most of his spirit-power in the last attack and intended to use the remaining spirit-power to attack.
Just from the remaining force, Xiaogang was thrown back by a long distance. Cracks appeared all over his body, and blood poured out from them.
'Cough!' 'Cough!' His right leg-bone fractured, and Xiaogang stood up with some difficulty while enduring the pain.
"Pu!' Xiaogang spat out blood and used his spear to support himself. Although he suffered a lot in the last attack, it was not a big deal for him.
'One more minute, I need to keep them occupied for one more minute,' He muttered in his mind.
As the dust cleared, he saw Qian Xunji and Golden Crocodile stood in the distance.
Only Snake Lance Douluo seemed to be slightly injured.
As he saw this scene, a grim look appeared on Grandmaster's face.
With a single thought, Xiaogang enveloped his right leg in spirit-power to keep his leg bones intact.
A spear shadow appeared behind him, and Grandmaster raised the spear in his arms and vertically slashed thrice consecutively.
Three black spear energy's rushed forward aimed at Qian Xunji, Golden Crocodile, and Snake Lance Douluo.
Xiaogang could not let them issue an attack like that again; hence, he attacked first.
Qian Xunji roared, and a purple figure appeared behind him and formed a barrier in front of him.
'Stone Python Descends!' Snake Lance Douluo defended with his self-made spirit ability.
Golden Crocodile Douluo's action was more direct; a layer of scales appeared all over his body, he clenched his fist and threw a punch.
To Xiaogang, this one minute felt like an eternity, and he continued to attack.
After a while, he jumped and took a few steps back. Xiaogang smiled and muttered, "Finally!"
The next second, a red spirit-ring appeared above him.
