Capítulo 121: Chapter 118

Aiyana stood in front of the elevator in front of Sky’s house, the garbage bag in hand. Somewhere in the kitchen she heard Chris and Sierra’s muffled laughter and yet she barely registered what was going on.

She was worried.

She was worried by the way Sky’s lips had quivered in anger and yet his eyes narrated a different story. Lines of pain and hurt were scribbled deep into the ocean blue pools of his eyes. He was no longer in control. He was feeling lost.

And from experience, Aiyana knew that was dangerous.

She knew he would try to find the answers at the bottom of an empty glass or many actually. And in turn, turn violent. Abusive. Not someone, Aiyana wanted Sierra around.

She barely registered the ding of the elevator as it arrived. Almost missing it. She stepped in thinking of where she would find him and once she managed to find him what it was she would do.

She walked out of the elevator, ready to call Sky and that’s when she heard him.
