I asked why he called me within one hour. I knew he would miss me but I wanted to hear those words from him. Then he said my friend vamshi came to our home to invite us to his marriage. I felt guilty as I didn't speak with him after I returned home. I talked with Karthik for some time and then I called my friend, vamshi.

I prepared myself to listen to his lecture.

To my surprise, vamshi apologized to me as he was not with me when I needed support. I felt blessed to have such a friend. He took the address of the house to invite for his marriage personally. I told him no more formalities but he denied my words. Slowly, everything was getting normal in my life.

Every night Karthik used to make video calls before sleeping because Ma(Karthik's mom) was not allowed to go out due to pregnancy.
