Capítulo 152: Lu Tianxin's Grievances (2)

"Did anyone else in her family know that she had a baby?" Tang Moyu asked again, this time Lu Tianxin responded by shaking her head. 

"No." She answered. "No one knew about it except for the attending physician who looked after Sister Yimei."

The empress gave it a deep thought and considered the internal conflict Feng Tianyi had mentioned to her earlier. She cupped her chin and looked at her cousin curiously.

"Say, Tianxin. Has Ye Yimei ever mentioned owning shares in their company?" She asked out of the blue, which confused Lu Tianxin, but Gu Yuyao's eyes immediately darkened as if she knew what the empress was thinking about at that moment. 

Lu Tianxin paused and tried to remember if her friend had mentioned anything about her family business.
