"Shall we go?" William questions for the nth time eyeing the nervous Oliver who had been pacing back and forth against the lobby. William sighs when he doesn't receive any response from Oliver, just then a lady approaches them.

She bows her head and greets them politely, "Hello sir, how may I help you?" William glances towards the lady with a polite smile just how she was giving them, "Uh, we were looking for Mr. Robert Walsh. I am the father of a student Lauren Grimes."

The lady frowns eyeing the two males, "Is everything okay?" Oliver finally speaks still biting his nails when he observes the lady's expression changing as William speaks. The lady gave both of them an apologetic smile and says, "I am sorry to say but Mr. Walsh is not here at the moment."
