Capítulo 56: He seems suspicious

"I totally forgot... we got a problem."

Ethan frowns hearing Liam confess having a problem. he was not sure what he was talking about but the way Liam tensed bringing up this information made Ethan question what could have happened? Jamie was silently observing Liam fidgeting with his fingers and anticipating his further words.

"Problem...? What?" Ethan speaks when he received no response from Liam. Liam looks up at him with uncertain eyes as a heavy sigh leaves his lips. He sighs staring deep into Ethan's eyes.

"Actually, I had made sure that they work properly." He says trying to speak for the staff. He clears his throat and speaks again. "We had talked with Miss. Cal but as we called her this morning to inform her beforehand...we couldn't get to her. And we received a message with her denying to appear at the conference."
