Capítulo 129: Duel
"I decided that if you can defeat me in a duel, you can join us, " Yitian said to Weimeishi. Almost everyone in the team raised eyebrows on this but didn't say a thing. What they learned early in the guild was that Captain and vice-captain always had a plan. And if not, they would instantly think up one.
They really pitied the new guy, because he had no chance against an upgraded gunner, and certainly not against Yitian with Chao by his side.
"I will do my best!" Wei shouted in the headset so loud that Yitian winced. It was probably more to hype himself up then as an answer to Yitian, but it was a good answer.
He didn't give up against someone who had an upper hand. He didn't say 'I will try', or something dispiriting like 'I can't defeat you'.
