Capítulo 3: Spartan Meets Padme (Rewritten)
P.O.V. Queen Amidala and Captain Panaka
"Captain, do you recognize the ship design?" Watching Captain Panaka search through the database. Padme patiently stared at the unknown ship design.
"No Ma'am! I'm unsure what to expect." Both watched as the Pelican got released from the restraints. "Begin opening the hatch!" Scanning the unknown Ship Captain Panaka could tell that the Pelican was in a battle that left it immobile. It was likely that the crew was dead.
After what seemed to be a couple of hours of cutting as sparks flew everywhere, The hatch was ready to be dropped.
"Everyone prepare yourself and drop the hatch."
"Back Up! It's about to fall!"
As the hatch fell to the floor it revealed a man. Most of the crew stood in awe for a few moments at his sheer size. Before realizing he was aiming a gun toward them.
P.O.V. Swap Diesel
Eventually, he heard the voices of what seemed to be humans.
"Back Up! It's about to fall!" Hearing the voices outside. Diesel prepared himself in a proper fighting positioning as he watched the hatch plummet to the ground.
"Are you Insurrectionist?"
"Insurrectionist? No, We are Naboo." A small girl walks forward " And who are you?"
"Naboos?" Searching his head for any information on these Naboos. Nothing came up. "Are you with the UNSC?"
After a brief pause, Diesel began walking towards the Naboo. Each step left an echo. "I'm Spartan-016 Diesel, I wish to get in contact with the UNSC!" Diesel noticed something strange. All of the Naboos had looks of confusion. "I wish to get in contact with the UNSC." Again looks of confusion.
"Spartan, I'm sorry to inform you but we have no idea who the UNSC is. However, I'm known as the Padme Amidala." (One year before she becomes Queen Amidala)
Arriving in a new galaxy was the beginning of an eye-opener for Diesel. Over the course of a year. The UNSC or the Covenant no longer exists. But a place where hundreds of different races serve under the name of the Republic.
He explained where he came from and what he was dealing with in hopes of finding a possibly returning home to fight the Covenant again. For now, he decided to hide on Naboo, eventually serving as a guard for the newly elected Queen Amidala.
