Capítulo 179: I Am Home

Maya's POV

"Good night, Maya. Would you please sleep early tonight? I know you are tired today." Adonis said after I sent him to his vehicle.

"I should be the one telling you that. Good night Adonis, I will see you tomorrow. I miss visiting you at the Monleon mansion. Be careful, babe, and I love you." I said and kissed Adonis on the lips. I watched their cars leave our home together with my mom, brothers, and of course, my best friend, Lisa. I am so used to having her around, but lately, I feel so worried because I don't want her to get hurt. I know my brother, Benedict, is avoiding her. And I want to tell Lisa to stop chasing my brother, but it is her choice, and I understand that it makes her happy to watch my brother from a distance, and who I am to tell her to stop when in fact, I was like her during those times I was so crazy about Adonis.

Even though I didn't confess to Adonis, what I have done to see him during my younger years was stupid and funny.
