The elders gripped their weapons. Their eyes flashed, but just when they thought an enemy was near, there was a tremor and a skin walking yawn.

None resisted, but bowed their heads in reverence.

Suddenly they heard a whispered voice as if spoken by tens of others drifted towards them and entered their ears. 

The five guards stiffened, but they did not resist. 

If she decided to eat them, then it would be an honor to become nutrients for such a powerful being they felt simply that their reason for still living is worth it.
