Capítulo 225: A beautiful day

"Mom!" Akalia came running to Isabella as soon as the door opened. 

The little girl was followed by Clara, Emma and Kingston. Xavier came in last and closed the door behind him. 

"Baby," She had her arms open for Akalia as she jumped onto the bed and then in her lap. She hugged her tight and caressed her long hair while placing kisses on the top of her head. 

All the elderly left the family alone seeing Isabella and asking about how she was feeling. 

"Looks like someone missed me?" She looked down and giggled at the girl who was nuzzling her chest and sniffling. 

"I don't like you." Akalia replied in a muffled voice. 

"What?! But why?" Isabella fake gasped, suppressing a smile. 

Xavier sat beside them on the bed and held Isabella's free hand, gently caressing the back of it with his thumb. The two people in front of him were his whole world and he couldn't believe he was lucky enough to have them. He just couldn't stop smiling.
