"What is it?" He asked her, feeling she completely froze against him.

"I am scared of darkness," She said in low voice suppressing a shudder.

The tunnel was too narrow and they can see nothing, Xian Zhen who used to fight in darkness had complete practice a way out here, he can find his way easily.

"Its fine, I know this tunnel, Nothing will happen. No need to be scared," He grabbed her wrist again to guide her, he pulled her through the narrow space walking first.
