Capítulo 66: Chp 66:Betrayal
Evan's POV:
We arrived back home to find Ren seated on one of the couches. Lucas dashed into the bedroom, embarrassed from his half naked state.
Me on the other hand. I don't give a damn if I'm showing off some skin, if anything I relish in the idea of showing some off.
Rens expression turned dark when Lucas exited.
Tension definitely rose in the air. I hesitantly approached him and sat down on the opposite couch.
"Everything okay?"
"No. I'm afraid it's not." Rens voice was husky and worn out.
"What happened? Did Robert escape?" My words peaked with fear.
"No."
I sat there silently, waiting for Ren to continue.
" I saw Layla today. Coming out of the very place that holds Robert."
My heart stopped at that moment, my eyes widened.
"She was flustered and was holding a certain object."
"What was it?" Anger suddenly rose in my throat. At the back of my mind I knew exactly what Ren was getting at, but I wished it wasn't true. I had to be certain.
"Blood." He put bluntly, which only fuled my anger.
"I understand, It was Lucas's blood no doubt. Layla was being awfully suspicious when she took blood from him today." I tried to remain calm and composed but my frustration and rage was seeping through.
"I thought it was surely nothing. But now...." I paused, holding myself together.
The betrayal that rung in my heart was overwhelming. It felt as if someone had literally pierced me with a silver dagger straight into my heart.
Ren placed a hand on my back, reassuring me of his support and understanding. Although it was a kind gesture, I no longer trusted him completely. His entire family seemed to betray or hurt me in some way.
I knew Ren was a solid guy but the heart ache I felt was indescribable.
I brushed him off and asked him to leave. He did so but not before stating that he would deal with it and that I could trust him.
I wanted to believe those words but I couldn't. My entire body screamed 'LIES!'
I sat there on the couch for a bit, comprehending and contemplating the information I had just been told.
It wasn't untill my ears could hear faint muffled moans coming from the bedroom did I snap out of it.
It caught me off guard I'll say. I wasn't expecting to hear delicious noises at this time of night. Let alone coming from my sexy boyfriend in the over room pleasuring himself.
Naughty images filled my head. I leaned my head against the door and listened ever so more intently.
It was interesting to say the least. I mean, he had me.' Couldn't he of just asked me to give him a hand?' I would've gladly helped him fulfill his desires.
Just as his moans seemed to escape his restricted mouth even more, I quietly entered and watched as he climaxed. He always closed his eyes when he did so. It was adorable.
He panted and took in heavy breaths. He laid there still, catching his breath. He probably would of drifted off to sleep if it weren't for me.
